For Sydney events, most clients book 4–6 weeks ahead. Sunshine Coast events require a minimum of 6 weeks notice. For Bali bookings, we ask for at least 3 months lead time to coordinate travel and logistics. Peak dates — New Year's Eve, major race weekends, school holiday periods — book out early, so the sooner you enquire the better.

Every booking includes custom costuming, a pre-event brief and run sheet, direct coordination with Abira, and fully choreographed performance. All performers are ABN registered and covered by public liability insurance.

Yes. Slay Entertainment performs across Sydney, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and Bali. Interstate and international bookings are also considered for the right event. Travel requirements are factored into your custom quote.
